    Notre Dame's Erin Sigala and Lindsay Schutzler were both named to the Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Association 2002 All-American Team, honoring the top 48 high school softball players in the nation.

Teammate Lindsay Schutzler is named to both the 2002 Cal-Hi Sports Small School All-State Team, and to the 2002 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Underclass Team. North Salinas' Monica Abbott is named to the 2002 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Underclass Team.

Notre Dame outfielder Lindsay Schutzler is named to the All-CCS team. Notre Dame infielder Melissa Pura is named CCS Freshman of the Year. North Salinas coach Keith Berg is named CCS Coach of the Year.
