- 8/15/2004 As Compiled by Cal-Hi Sports Four local players garner All-State honors from the prestigious Cal-Hi Sports publication. Soquel catcher Brock Lindeke is named to the Medium School All-State Team. Carmel catcher Brent Thomson is named to the Small School All-State Team. Monterey's Michael Bugary is named to the Overall All-State Second Team, and also to the All-State Underclass First Team. Monterey's Joey Parigi is named to the All-State Underclass Second Team.
