Abbigayle Butler powered Hollister to a dominant 10–0 win over Hanford on Friday, launching two home runs and driving in three runs to headline the Haybalers’ offensive surge.
Sophia Galindo set the tone early with a solo home run in the first inning before Hollister broke the game open in the second. Butler’s two-run homer highlighted a four-run frame that pushed the lead to 7–0.
Butler struck again in the sixth with her second home run of the game, while Aleah Ruiz added another blast as Hollister continued to pile on. Butler, Ruiz, and De’zeyer Fa’agai combined for six hits from the bottom of the lineup as the Haybalers finished with 11 hits overall.
Sidney Esparza earned the win in the circle with three no-hit innings and six strikeouts, while Bella Casas and Kaliyah Ceja closed the game as Hollister completed the shutout.
