| Maddie Payne played keeper for the full game. Had one save on a free kick for 30 yards out. Sophia Wright scored first goal off an pass from Farrah von Sothen. 2nd and 3rd goals were scored by Gina Gwiazda both assisted by Roxana Ortiz two minutes apart. 4th goal was by Roxana Ortiz assisted by Natalia Ortiz. PCS was missing a number of players today. With the exception of the PCS keeper all other 14 players had a least one shot on goal. PCS defense played a very strong game with Robin Lambidakis, Elizabeth Armstrong, Isabel O’Malley-Krohn, Kassandra Hayes, and Natalia Ortiz controlling the game from the back today. League record 3-0-1 overall 6-2-3 for PCS. Next game for PCS is an home game at Santa Cruz High School on tomorrow (Friday) January 19th at 5:00pm against Stevenson. |
