| Salinas High hosted Scotts Valley High School tonight at the Pit. Salinas High won 2-1. The first goal was scored by Salinas' Cynthia Camacho in the 60th minute and was unassisted. The second goal was scored by Scotts Valley in the 67th minute. The third and final goal was scored by Salinas' Valeria Tellez in the 75th minute and was also unassisted. Salinas High's goal keeper, Sophia Tellez, had a total of 5 saves. Melissa Chin and Alexis Reynoso were standouts in the midfield. Salinas High next hosts Santa Cruz at the Pit on Thursday. |
