| The Salinas High Girls Soccer team was victorious tonight at the Pit against Pajaro Valley with a score of 4-0. The first goal was scored by Alicia Cuevas in the 20th minute on an assist by Alexis Reynoso. The second goal was scored by Valeria Tellez in the 38th minute on an assist by Cynthia Camacho. The third goal was scored by Valeria Tellez in the 50th minute on an assist by Emilie Costa. And the fourth goal was scored by Valeria Tellez in the 60th minute on an assist by Emilie Costa. Goal Keeper, Sophia Tellez, was awarded the shut out with 4 saves. Salinas' over-all record is 6-2-5 and their league record is 3-1-3. Salinas next plays Gilroy at the Pit on Tuesday, Feb 5th. |
