| Recap: PG beat RLS in the league opener for both teams. PG scored in the last minute of the first half, while RLS answered in the second half on a goal by sophomore halfback Roberto Fernandez. PG won the game on a beautiful free kick from just outside the box with 20 minutes left in the game. RLS Junior keeper TJ Venne had a strong game as did freshman forward Peter Shelling. |
