Santa Catalina School Notes and Quotes
Santa Catalina opened strongly and assertively, erasing any doubt about converting shooting opportunities into actual goals.

Kate Wright was the player of the game with six goals, despite playing for only 2/3rds of the game. She fulfilled her role as striker perfectly, winning balls directly off PG players, collecting passes and meeting crosses! Ryann gave two assists to Kate and another to April before scoring herself, assisted by Danielle, late in the game. Blair had two unassisted goals after winning possession from PG, as well as an assist with Kate. Our backs held firm firm against the PG offense, yielding only four weak shots on our goal. Sarah Wright was largely untested, recording only two saves.

Everyone played, and played well against a PG team that refused to give up despite the barrage of shots on their goal.
