While Stevenson may have launched many shots at us, they were from such a distance that Sarah Wright had little problem gathering them up. Only twice did they effectively penetrate our back four and put a seriously dangerous threat on our goal.

Stevenson had tremendous speed in the back and disrupted many of our attacks. However, we were able regain possession quickly and maintain more pressure in their half.

In the 36th minute Danielle passed to Ryann on the 6 yard line directly in front of the goal to open the scoring. In the 69th minute Meredith headed on a header from Katie's freekick to make it 2-0!
