Bailey Fulton collected three hits in four at bats, as Aptos High Varsity Softball defeated Ann Sobrato Varsity Bulldogs 9-2 on Tuesday. Fulton tripled in the fourth inning, doubled in the second inning, and singled in the first inning.

Aptos High Varsity Softball scored five runs in the fourth inning on the way to victory. Fulton tripled, scoring one run, Gwen Vaca singled, scoring one run, Lilly McGee singled, scoring one run, and Nova Neu doubled, scoring two runs.

Aptos High Varsity Softball got on the board in the first inning after Kailani Aguayo singled, scoring one run.

Aptos High Varsity Softball extended their early lead with three runs in the top of the second thanks to RBI doubles by Fulton, Vaca, and Emma Burgueno.

Mya Najera-White stepped in the circle first for Aptos High Varsity Softball. The starter gave up four hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out six and walking five. Sam Zimmerman stepped in the circle first for Ann Sobrato Varsity Bulldogs. The hurler allowed 12 hits and nine runs (five earned) over four innings, striking out two and walking one.
