Mangiapane took the loss for Carmel Varsity Padres. The starting pitcher went five innings, surrendering 16 runs (seven earned) on 15 hits, striking out none and walking four.

Watsonville Varsity Wildcatz tallied 15 hits in the game. Rodriguez, Taylor Alves, Martinez, and Sigala each drove in three runs for Watsonville Varsity Wildcatz. Espinoza and Layla Romero each collected multiple hits for Watsonville Varsity Wildcatz. Watsonville Varsity Wildcatz didn't commit a single error in the field. Jimenez had the most chances in the field with five.
